1. Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or dislike of the product.
  • Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product.

 

Conditions for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the wrong product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Procedure for Returns:

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the process for sending you the correct product.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for products. If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct one after the return process is completed.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning the wrong product will be covered by Narissa Herbal.
  • However, if the wrong product was received due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
